To help with its ambitious plans for future growth, Mojo Motorcycles is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator.

Reporting to the General Manager, the position will be multifaceted through a variety of administrative and support roles.

The main responsibility of the sales administrator will be:

  • Answer incoming calls;
  • Update from dealers on arrival of stocks and allocations;
  • Prepare financial approvals for dealer floor plans;
  • Issue invoices; and
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports; and.
  • Other “ad hoc” administrative and commercial activities.

Attention to detail is paramount, along with an unwavering ability to complete tasks in a timely, efficient and reliable manner.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive, energetic and ‘doable’ mindset, as well as a mastery of the Microsoft suite of products, in particular Excel.

This position is based in the Altona office of Mojo Motorcycles, with hours of operation from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Spare parts interpreter and dealer assistance – Mojo Motorcycles

The Parts Interpreter helps customers determine parts and accessories needs, accurately enters orders, and responds quickly to customer inquiries. The Parts Interpreter is committed to providing customers with the highest level of service.

The main responsibilities of the spare parts interpreter will be:

  • Provide fast, reliable and high quality service to all internal and external customers
  • Support customers in determining parts and accessories requirements
  • Identify and promote the parts and accessories that complement the customer’s requirement
  • Develop and share specialist knowledge of all original parts and accessories and history
  • Provide dealers with updates on old back orders
  • Develop and share an expert understanding of the electronic parts catalog
  • Support parts catalog master data maintenance
  • Promote the use of the electronic parts catalog to retail, merchant and dealer customers
  • Administer the complete return request process
  • Analyze return data for root cause and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with suppliers to answer questions and answer questions about the quality of parts, non-label parts, etc.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Mechanical aptitude – you will develop specialist knowledge of all genuine parts and accessories, so understanding their application is essential.
  • Attention to detail – you love numbers and are detail-oriented in everything you do.
  • A great communicator – you will be working with clients as well as our international suppliers, so being able to communicate with a large audience is essential.
  • Computer skills – you will develop an expert understanding of our electronic parts catalog as well as the systems of our suppliers. An understanding of Excel and Outlook is essential.
  • Initiative – we want people who want to develop and take ownership of their role.
  • Self-motivated – we want someone who can think on their feet and who isn’t afraid to get stuck and help other areas of the business when needed.

To help with its ambitious plans for future growth, Mojo Motorcycles is currently recruiting a Technical Support and Warranty Assistant for dealerships.

Reporting to our Warranty Manager, the main responsibilities of the Dealer Technical Support and Warranty Assistant will be:

  • Provide fast, reliable and high quality service to our dealer network by phone and email
  • Process warranty claims on all our brands
  • Administer the entire warranty claim process using our proprietary B2B system
  • Liaise with suppliers as needed to resolve recurring warranty issues
  • Analyze warranty data as needed and implement corrective actions

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

Mechanical Fitness – You will deal with qualified mechanics throughout our dealer network, providing technical assistance as needed. Mechanical qualification or experience in a similar position is preferred.

  • Attention to detail – you love numbers and are detail-oriented in everything you do.
  • A great communicator – you will be working with clients as well as our international suppliers, so being able to communicate with a large audience is essential.
  • IT skills – you will develop an expert understanding of our B2B IT systems and suppliers. An understanding of Excel and Outlook is essential.
