Loomis, California. (May 2022) – Motion Pro Inc. is pleased to announce that Chris Carter, owner of Motion Pro, Inc. has won the Spirit Of The Quail award for 2022 with his rare and iconic Honda RS750D. Specifically, Bubba Shobert’s winning factory machine in his ’87 AMA National Championship.

The Quail Motorcycle Gathering held its 10th annual event on May 14, 2022, after a two-year hiatus. The prestigious motorcycle event takes place on the award-winning Quail Lodge & Golf Club golf course, located in Carmel, California. Celebrating the evolution of two-wheelers, the event features over 350 vintage and modern motorcycles on display on the golf course’s beautiful lawn. Of the many categories of motorcycles competing at the event, the Spirit Of The Quail award is the most prestigious award and is reserved for the motorcycle that best embodies the spirit of motorcycling.

Additionally, the Quail Motorcycle Show featured a special display on 50 years of the Harley-Davidson XR750. Chris Carter showed off a very unique machine, a 1970 Harley-Davidson Ironhead XR750, which got a lot of attention from former riders and spectators. Chris also took 1st place in the off-road competition category by showing off a rare Cal Rayborn twin-carb KR750 flat tracker.
